This edifice was built in 1895. The architect is A.O. Bernardazzi. This building is one-nave, divided into three parts, it has an axled composition. The dominating octagon nave, obstructive beyond the wall, is crowned with the high hip-roof and calotte. The first floor is made as ancient Russian porch, the second one as a chamber. The decoration of chapel is rich: the walls are made of two-colour limestone blocks, the arch apertures, columns, cornice, cast-iron lattices. The calottes along the perimeter of the drum are decorated with developed belts of the cornice. The covering of the onion-shaped central calotte is alike volumetric scales.
